How to maintain the quality of product?
Keep product refrigerated at or below 41 degrees, or until your ready to eat product. This product can be kept frozen for up to 48 hours. To thaw, pull product up to 1 hour before eating. Do not pull product to thaw, unless your ready to eat!

If quality of product is over ripped we can issue you a 50% refund. If the product is returned we will issue a FULL REFUND. Or we can remake the product free of charge.

DELIVERY INFO
Our product is kept in a safe enviroment prior to delivery. Delivery fees are just 15% of your total purchase, if within 7 miles of the manufacturer. We only deliver within the 7 miles. Anything outside of that, will be placed as a pick up order.
Orders placed for delivery will have a 2 hour time window, before the due time. Any product that is late for delivery, (delivered after due time) will receive 15% off from your total purchase. Or a credit of 15% off from your next purchase.

You must show your photo ID and sign for purchase. A copy of the receipt will be given to you. Copies of the receipt will be kept through email and in paper. With signature, time and date of delivered product.
